LEGAL
Terms of Service
Effective September 6, 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of OrasFlow. By creating a business account, using an owner dashboard, submitting an inquiry, or booking through an OrasFlow page, you agree to the parts of these Terms that apply to you.
1. The OrasFlow service
OrasFlow provides booking pages, appointment records, availability controls, confirmations, reminders, customer-management tools, and related features. OrasFlow supplies the software; each listed business supplies and is responsible for its own services.
2. Business accounts
Business owners must provide accurate information, keep sign-in details secure, authorize only appropriate users, maintain correct services, prices, schedules, and contact details, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. The account owner is responsible for activity performed through the account.
3. Customer bookings
Customers must provide accurate booking details and use private management links responsibly. Appointment availability is not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed. Rescheduling, cancellation, service quality, refunds, late arrivals, and other appointment rules are set by the listed business. Customers should contact that business about the appointment itself.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Business subscription price, billing period, setup fee, trial or introductory offer, and due date are the amounts agreed during setup or shown in the applicable offer. Subscriptions continue for the agreed billing periods until cancelled. A business should request cancellation before the next billing date. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. OrasFlow may restrict an overdue account after reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use OrasFlow to break the law; impersonate another person or business; submit false, harmful, or fraudulent bookings; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; upload malicious code; harvest personal information; send spam; or misuse customer information. Businesses must use appointment information only for legitimate service, communication, recordkeeping, and legal purposes.
6. Privacy
Use of personal information is described in the OrasFlow Privacy Policy. Each business is also responsible for its own lawful handling of customer information and for any additional information it collects outside OrasFlow.
7. Service availability and changes
We work to keep OrasFlow available and accurate, but maintenance, internet failures, third-party services, security events, or other circumstances may cause interruptions. Features may be improved, changed, or discontinued. When practical, businesses will receive reasonable notice of a material change that significantly affects paid use.
8. Suspension and termination
OrasFlow may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, unlawful use, security risk, nonpayment, or harm to the platform or others. A business may request account cancellation through the OrasFlow contact form. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
9. Responsibility and limitations
To the extent permitted by Philippine law, OrasFlow is not responsible for a business’s services, customer disputes, missed appointments, inaccurate information supplied by users, or losses caused by events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. If OrasFlow is responsible for a direct claim relating to a paid business account, liability will be limited to the fees paid for that account during the three months before the event, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should try in good faith to resolve a dispute through the contact method below. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be handled by the courts with proper jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
11. Contact and changes
Questions, cancellation requests, or legal notices may be submitted through the contact form on the OrasFlow home page. We may update these Terms as the service develops. Material changes will apply from the stated effective date and, when practical, will be communicated to affected business accounts.
